Gold Pacific
1958 - 1964

Until his untimely death in 1964, only 3
months after Guy Ray had lost Gold King Bailey. 

Gold Pacific was the sire of 10 Race ROM
Qualifiers (5 of them ran AAA or AAAT!), 1
Show ROM and 2 AQHA Champions as
well as Working and Halter Point earners
including Canabar Gold Pac AQHA
Champion, Midrock Gold Pac AAAT
Stakes Winner, Prospectors Ball AAA
Stakes Winner, and of course Pacific
Bailey AAAT AQHA Champion. All of his
ROM daughters went on to be ROM
producers except one that died before
she had a foal. Undoubtedly, Gold
Pacific's mark as a sire had just begun.

There was little doubt of the success
Gold Pacific could have realized as a sire.
He died the year after Pacific Bailey was
born, before the public had a chance to
realize his true potential.
